What do you want your children to learn from you about love? Here’s an even better question, what’s one word you think of when you think about love?
For my guest today, her earliest memories of what she thought love was centered around anxiety and feeling uncomfortable. Later, as she began dating, she found herself in a cycle of toxic relationships.
Then a scary and life-threatening experience made her realize that something had to change.
My guest today is mom, wife, transformational life coach, and domestic abuse survivor, Stephanie McPhail. Stephanie found herself at 35 years old recently divorced, facing legal issues, and grieving the death of her grandmother.
She became depressed and barely able to function in her daily activities. As a result of her journey in healing from that difficult experience, she realized a greater calling to inspire others.
