This is the second part of my conversation with mom and Physical Therapist Katherine Sylvester. You can hear part 1 of our enlightening and fun conversation in last week’s episode. We continue to get REALLY real about our post-baby bodies.
We get into lots of good stuff in our conversation. I just could NOT cut anything out. So you’ll hear the Q&A as part 2 in this episode. Katherine answers anonymous listener-submitted questions. Questions about things like how to prevent tearing during childbirth and to how to get rid of the stubborn fat above your c-section scar.
Katherine works with moms to help them rediscover their physical strength and confidence.
To this end, her program focuses on muscle flexibility, urinary continence, sexual fulfillment (hey!), internal confidence, and core stability.
