If you’ve ever doubted that you’re a leader as a mom, you need to listen to this episode!
If you’ve ever been told by a potential employer or organization you wanted to volunteer with that you don’t have any applicable skills because you’re a stay at home mom, you NEED to listen to this episode!
And if you believe that mothers are incredible leaders (which I think we are!) then this conversation with Carmen Westbrook will get you super motivated.
As a military spouse, Carmen’s darkest moments came when her husband was deployed for a year when their daughter was 10 days old. They had just moved to Hawaii.
Carmen only knew one person and she became Carmen’s unexpected lifeline after she lost their third child.
They ended up having the most amazing and supportive group of friends. Inspired by this experience, she decided to start Aina Giving.
Aina Giving is a unique leadership community, built on the principles of servant leadership, empowerment, and equality.
Carmen’s latest program, the Becoming Superwoman Club helps women understand and appreciate their contributions to their family and community.
